  • 24/7 Personal Emergency Call System
  • Local GP visiting once a fortnight.
  • Ensure Community Centre operation including: Main hall, gym, billiards area, computer kiosk, Bamboo Room, bar, lounges, activity rooms, meeting rooms, resident kitchen, commercial laundry, shop, Australia Post, reception, consulting suites, toilets and amenities, central courtyard, barbecue area, portico, etc.
  • Cleaning and upkeep of the community centre, its amenities, consulting suites, offices, courtyards, shop, etc.
  • Building Insurance for your home
  • Insurance for all other communal facilities including theft, damage, fire, flood, public and management liability, professional indemnity, vehicles, etc.
  • Management of data systems and integrity
  • Operation of on-site Australia Post and shop
  • Marketing and advertising the Village
  • Ensure efficient unit purchase and sales processes
  • Attend to OH&S issues and emergency protocols
  • Ensure emergency contractors are vetted
  • Administer onsite consultancy services including massage, podiatrists, hairdressers, hearing clinics, beauty therapists, flu vaccinations, dentist, etc.
  • Organise village courtesy bus services
  • Assist co-ordination of resident activities and events
  • Organise, attend and minute resident meetings
  • Co-ordinate on-site activities such as: U3A groups, art classes, book club, bowls, Bridge, church services, community veggie gardens, dance, dinners, embroidery and craft groups, environmental impact groups, exercise groups, friendship groups, games, gardening, happy hour, luncheons, Mah-jong, singing, special days and events, theatre, trivia, etc.
